We are looking for individuals with experience as supervisors or managers at a leisure attraction or within the marine industry. The role will work as part of our Operator Team, leading shifts when our managers are not on site and ensuring our customers have a safe and enjoyable experience..

The Person

We are looking for a highly organised, customer focused leader who is looking for a role in an exciting scale up company. The role will work across our London locations and a significant amount of time will be spent outdoors.

The Role

Manage day-to-day operations and our customer experience. This is a hands-on outdoors based role.

Take a lead on ensuring our health and safety processes are implemented at all times.

The role is a mixture of marine, hospitality and operations.

£25,000-£27,500 p.a - our normal working pattern will be 4 days a week, hours can be in the evenings and weekends.

Your skills and experience

A can-do, give-me-a-problem-and-I'll-solve-it spirit

Marine experience - it is required that you have experience of the marine industry, preferably in a professional capacity but not essential

Strong attention to detail and ability to be organized

Ability to lead and oversee all the elements of the operations

Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively

Mange stock and equipment

Excellent customer service skills

Confident on and around water

Sound Health & Safety knowledge

Qualifications preferred: RYA courses, First Aid

We are looking for crew to join our team and deliver a safe and fun experience to our customers. You will greet customers, provide a safety demonstration of boats and set up our boats for customer use. It is a role which is physical, fun and challenging. Please note much of this role will be outdoor based so ideal for someone who enjoys the great outdoors!

The Role

Welcome customers and instruct them on our boat operations.

Assist in successfully delivering the experience, ensuring a great customer experience, caring for equipment, managing facilities, Health and Safety, and a bit of administration

Help with local marketing as required.

Assist with customer enquiries and bookings

Monitor customer behaviour

Assist customers when problems arise

Must be willing to work evenings and weekends

Safety conscious, with a professional outlook

Confident around water

Able to work under own initiative and be flexible

A ‘customer comes first’ attitude with drive and enthusiasm

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Enthusiastic team player who is able to work with other colleagues.
