We welcome groups. Up to 40 people can be on our Hot Tub Boats at any one time (8 in each boat). If you have a larger group get in touch with us and we can offer other activities to keep your group happy.

A £1 hold will be placed on a card of your choice before your trip. Although a rare occurrence, you are liable for all damages and loss to the Hot Tub Boat and all equipments provided and also late return of the vessel.

Each booking will be given access to a large storage box for their belongings during their trip. However we have very limited space on site for anything larger such a suitcases. We recommend sourcing external storage solutions for these items, as we cannot guarantee we will be able to cater for these on the day.

We do not have a car park however there is a pay and display car park at canary wharf location in the West India Quay cinema building, two minutes walk from our location. The price is £5 for 2 hours. If you are coming to us after 5.30pm or any day at the weekend there is also street parking nearby which is free. The nearest street parking is poplar high street.

For the lakeside essex location there is free car park at lakeside shopping centre

Smoking and vaping is permitted on the Hot Tub boat.

Each Hot Tub Boat must have a designated driver who is not permitted to drink alcohol. Passengers are permitted to have three drinks per person (or two can share a bottle of wine), we can't accept anyone on board who is deemed to be drunk. We just want you to stay safe!

Children aged 12 and over are allowed with their parents or guardians provided they wear a life jacket at all times. There must be a minimum of 2 adults in the boat at all times who are responsible for any children on board. We advise that guests aged 12-18 do not spend more than 10-15 minutes at a time in the water.

We are sorry the Hot Tub Boat is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant. We hope to see you in a few months. Alternatively you are welcome on the BBQ Boat.

Absolutely! Every Skuna Hot Tub Boat is cleaned, then filled with chemicals free water and heated above 38 degrees.

Sure can! So upon arrival you will be greeted by one of our friendly Skuna operator's who'll run you through the basics and provide a safety and instructional demonstration. Once that's complete you'll head to the changing room to get ready for your voyage. We'll then prepare any drinks order and complete any final checks on your boat. You're then ready to enjoy your 75 minutes sailing time on the water.

Swimwear, towel (although we also rent) and flip flops/slippers may be useful too. Every boat comes with a waterproof tub so that you can bring your phones aboard. We also provide one large locker per group to keep all your belongings safe while on your trip. You're also more than welcome to bring your own mini speaker, however please note all electronic devices are brought at your risk and are your responsibility to take care of.

Sure can! So upon arrival, you are greeted by one of our friendly Skuna reception team where you can collect your welcome drink and your alpine snack! The first 30 minutes of your experience you have a your very own driver, who will bring you down to your IGLOO and go wherever you like. You can place your drinks orders while you are on tour and they will be delivered with your chosen fondue on return to the pontoon. On return, your driver will leave you to enjoy your food and drinks. You will then have the next 60 minutes to Sit, Sip and Dip.

You will not need to bring anything other than your festive cheer and a warm jacket or jumper just incase.

Your fondue package will be either a traditional cheese fondue or for any sweet toothed guests, a chocolate fondue (You also have the option to upgrade to both!). Each fondue will include a variety of sides to dip. For our cheese fondue this will be an assorted selection such as breads, cured meats and other bits. For our chocolate fondue this will be an assorted selection such as fruits, berries and cakes.

Upon arrival your tour guide will introduce themselves and take you straight down to your boat. You will then depart on your 30 minute guided tour. Once you return, your fondue to be brought aboard. Once you have returned to the pontoon, you will be able to order drinks as and when you want them.

The IGLOO boat is an all weather experience, great in all weather. Please be advised if the wind is too strong the boats will not be able to depart and the full 90 minutes will be a moored experience, but dont fear it will still be exciting!
